Compact, Ruggedized Routers
The Peplink routers selected by Warrior Networks are compact enough to be embedded directly inside the CLICS dispenser, rather than added externally.
They are durable, shock and vibration-resistant, and capable of operating at wide temperature ranges. These qualities make them ideal for installation on a production line and long-term deployment in salons.

Warrior Networks provided ongoing support as CLICS manufactured, deployed, and expanded its installed base, working closely with Frontier to resolve technical questions quickly.
Support for International Expansion
As CLICS prepared for demonstrations and deployments outside the United States, Warrior Networks supported regional hardware requirements without requiring changes to the core product design.
The CLICS digital hair color studio combines a mobile app with a network-connected hair color dispensing system. This system is designed to help stylists create precise color formulations, reproduce them consistently for repeat clients, and reduce waste.
Peplink routers provide connectivity between the mobile app and the hair color dispensing system. Warrior Networks has supplied and supported those routers as CLICS has deployed their dispensers in hundreds of salons.
Challenge: Robust connectivity installed on the assembly line
Routers are installed inside each CLICS dispenser during the manufacturing process. The connectivity hardware must be rugged enough to operate inside dispensers across many deployed locations with minimal need for on-site support.
Solution: Peplink routers embedded in the CLICS dispenser
CLICS chose an industrial-grade Peplink router to meet their connectivity needs. The router provides the internal connectivity required for the dispensing system to receive color data from the CLICS application.
Warrior Networks supported CLICS throughout deployment and ongoing operations, supplying the Peplink routers used in the product and serving as the primary point of support when technical questions arose.
Outcome: Reliable OEM deployment at scale
CLICS has deployed hundreds of dispensers equipped with embedded routers in salons throughout the United States. The embedded connectivity supports consistent operation of the product across deployed units, allowing salons to deliver repeatable results for returning clients.
The embedded approach provides a consistent technical foundation inside each unit as CLICS manufactures and deploys the product at an increased volume.
What’s Next: Expanding into new markets
Warrior Networks continues to support CLICS as deployments expand into additional regions, including Canada and Europe.
As CLICS prepared for expansion beyond the United States, Warrior Networks has supported regional requirements, including delivering Peplink hardware purpose-built for use in European markets. This allowed CLICS to demonstrate and deploy the system internationally without changing how connectivity is integrated into the dispenser.
